
Following on from a scoping study that explored options for townhouses and apartments on the Kallangur site, Stitch has opted for the development of an apartment complex. The building will offer 15 two-bedroom apartments and 11 three-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will include parking for 40 vehicles plus two disabled parking spaces. It will also provide a storage cage for each apartment.
The development will also include a gym, an in-ground swimming pool, barbecue area, common area and public facilities. The garden will be fully landscaped to complement the existing established trees offering a tropical oasis that is perfect for the Queensland climate. Occupants will be able to enjoy the view of their manicured garden from their balcony or terrace.
