Stitch has now received approval for the submitted design plans from The Heights Design Review Committee. The design was approved in its entirety and no changes are required.

The Heights Design Review Committee has approved the plans submitted by Stitch. With the design plans approved we can now ensure the various contractors are fully briefed and ready for construction as soon as the land is released. Stitch is currently awaiting the establishment of infrastructure for The Heights Stage 3, which is where the property will be located.

Once access is granted to the site and installation of services has taken place, builders will commence construction of the retaining walls.
