Designing the ideal property for The Heights has been a complex project, needing to work within the strict guidelines of the estate while still developing a unique and luxurious home. Stitch has prepared a final plan that has now been submitted to the Design Review Committee for approval.

The final plan for the property at The Heights has now been submitted to the Design Review Committee for approval. Stitch is pleased to have submitted a design plan that is unique, luxurious and takes advantage of the height of the land to provide 360 degree views. Special care has been taken to work within the estate’s design guidelines and consultation with the review board has occurred prior to submission.

Approval of the design is expected to be received within two to four weeks.
