Stitch is pleased to present an apartment complex that offers a real point of difference. Designed around the concept of ‘breeze’, the complex will contain 38 apartments, 42 car park spaces and will use materials specifically chosen for their ability to maintain air flow through the building. Utilising façade sunlight filters will reduce heat absorption while allowing both light and air to flow through. In keeping with the concept, the majority of existing trees on the property will be retained, giving the property a feel of being at one with nature.
Market research has shown that apartment buildings in the region tend to be of the more stereotypical style with small and boxy units. The Kallangur apartment complex being built by Stitch will feature large apartments, cleverly designed to instil a sense openness and freedom, an individual private oasis that is in fact part of a larger community.
