Approval of the final design has been delayed however is still on track to be authorised.

The Heights Design Review Committee has recently introduced a new team to undertake evaluation of design submissions. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a delay to approval of previously submitted plans. Stitch is assured that there is no issue with the submitted final design but rather they are working through a backlog of plans and will get to ours in due course.

Stitch are committed to delivering this project on time and will continue to work with the Design Review Committee to ensure approval as soon as possible.
