THE BREEZEWAYS
Kallangur, Queensland

Residential, Multi
Architect: Kart Projects

Situated in the high growth zone of Kallangur, just 20 minutes outside Brisbane, this apartment project is unlike any other development in the area.
With 27 apartments set around a communal green-space courtyard – complete with pool and adjoining gymnasium – the project will set the standard in apartment living in Brisbane.
Designed over four levels including a basement car park, each apartment is generously sized, either two or three bedrooms, and all make the most of the welcoming Queensland climate by offering outdoor living spaces.
The project has been thoughtfully designed to allow residents to adapt their living areas according to the climate; spaces have been created within the building to allow cross ventilation through each apartment while exterior screens give the flexibility to welcome the breeze and block the sun.
The project will be one of the first newly designed apartment developments to capitalise on the area’s rapid growth phase, with a new University, shopping complex and rail connection all due for completion within 18 months.
